French speaking Administrator on going temporary role. Parking available - Hours 8-5 Monday to Friday Responsible for incoming correspondence from customers French and English emails) Process penalties in Europe and UK (letters and websites) Liaise directly with branch network (France and UK) Weekly report using Excel spreadsheets to track progress The successful individual responsibilities include: Responsibility for incoming correspondence. Reconciling payments received from customers Liaising directly with customers and local councils regarding queries.
