What the Job Involves This role involves providing a comprehensive and integrated social work service for children, young people, and adults with Learning Disabilities and other disabilities. You will be responsible for conducting strength-based assessments, developing outcome-focused support plans, and delivering targeted interventions. You'll manage a caseload across children's and adults' cases, work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to safeguarding efforts. The role also requires documenting and reporting on cases, liaising with partners, and staying informed about legislative and sector developments.
