Corporate Law Project Specialist (Part-Time, Remote/Hybrid) – £50/hour PAYE We’re recruiting on behalf of a boutique project management consultancy that delivers complex business transformation programmes for clients across energy, healthcare, care, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and industrial sectors. They’re now seeking a skilled Corporate Law Project Specialist to support the legal delivery of high-impact client projects. This opportunity is open to qualified solicitors, part-qualified lawyers, and experienced corporate paralegals with relevant transformation and project experience. Key responsibilities: * Provide legal expertise on Legal Entity Rationalisation, Corporate Restructuring, and Post-Merger Integrations * Draft, review and manage legal documentation for corporate change programmes * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal workstreams are aligned with project goals and regulatory requirements Essential experience: * Strong background in corporate legal work, particularly in: * Mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructures and governance * Leading or supporting large-scale global programmes or projects within Legal, Finance, Tax, Company Secretariat, or Project, Programme and Portfolio Management (PPPM) * Delivering legal workstreams in areas such as: * Legal Entity Rationalisation or Restructuring * Post-Merger Integration * Finance Transformation * Experience with clients in energy, healthcare, care, pharmaceutical, manufacturing or industrial sectors is highly desirable Package & flexibility: * £50 per hour (PAYE) * Part-time, flexible hours each week * Fully remote with occasional in-person meetings at their Hoxton office (East London) * Consultancy arrangements will also be considered * Immediate start available If you’re experienced in corporate legal delivery and transformation projects, we’d love to hear from you
