Job Title: Welder / Fabricator Location: Wellingborough Salary: Up to £18.00 per hour (depends on experience) Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:30 16:30 Friday: 07:30 12:00 Job Description: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join a well-established and growing engineering company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual with 56 years experience in MIG & TIG welding and fabrication to work on high-quality projects in a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities: MIG & TIG welding on mild steel and aluminium Finishing welded components Operating saws, guillotines, and angle grinders Using a variety of hand tools for fabrication Reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings Quality checking completed work Working independently and as part of a team Minimum Requirements: 56 years experience as a welder/fabricator Proficient in MIG & TIG welding Experience working with mild steel and aluminium Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and quality Self-motivated and a team player Desirable Additional Skills: Experience in any of the following is a bonus: CNC Punching Brake Pressing Laser Cutting Tube Manipulation Powder Coating Whats on Offer: Competitive hourly rate up to £18.00/hr Day shifts with early Friday finish Overtime opportunities Free onsite parking Holiday entitlement Company pension scheme Apply now to be considered or get in touch for more information.
