Massive emphasis on New Product Innovation and Development and a diverse customer base spanning multiple channels. You'll join an energetic, experienced and engaged engineering function, and play a key role in supporting daily operations, driving standards, and helping deliver upcoming CapEx and improvement projects. What you'll need: * Recent food industry (or similar) experience. * Experience leading/managing a team. * Mechanically and electrically competent. * Ability to read electrical drawings. * IT literate.
