Engineering Team Leader Location: Lincolnshire Salary: £56,000 - £60,000 A progressive food manufacturer with sustained investment is looking for an Engineering Team Leader to support and develop a high-performing engineering function. This site is growing - not slowing, with a clear direction, new machinery arriving, and an expanding production area. With a focus on strong ROI, they're continuing to put capital into meaningful projects, not just patchwork fixes. Massive emphasis on New Product Innovation and Development and a diverse customer base spanning multiple channels. You'll join an energetic, experienced and engaged engineering function, and play a key role in supporting daily operations, driving standards, and helping deliver upcoming CapEx and improvement projects. What you'll need: * Recent food industry (or similar) experience. * Experience leading/managing a team. * Mechanically and electrically competent. * Ability to read electrical drawings. * IT literate.
