Job Description
Part-Time, 20 hours per week (2.5 days) £12.21 per hour, weekly pay and accrued holiday pay Wakefield (WF1) Temporary Ongoing Concept Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join us on a temporary ongoing basis. This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week, split across Monday and Tuesday, 8.30am to 5.30pm and Wednesday 8.30am to 12.30pm (with some flexibility on the working hours). Role Responsibilities: * Answering and transferring incoming calls * Meeting and greeting visitors into the business, ensuring a professional and welcoming front-of-house presence * Assisting in the completion of registration packs * Supporting the team with general administrative duties You will need: * Previous experience providing administrative support to a busy team * A positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn * Strong communications skills both verbal and written * High level of accuracy and attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Flexibility in terms of working days to assist with holiday cover If you feel you have the relevant skills and experience, click “Apply” now and a member of the team will be in touch
