Finance Associate

A US law firm has a new opportunity for a junior to mid-level (minimum1 PQE to c4 PQE) associate to work on complex securitisation financing and other matters. Work will be varied, and candidates must have a broad grounding in Finance gained at highly ranked Finance practice in recognised global law firm. Ideally, candidates will have some exposure to fund finance transactions, including asset-backed (ABL) facilities, NAV facilities, LP portfolio financings and single asset back leverage.
