Assistant Site Manager (Trainee ➡ Experienced) – Lancashire Family-run house-builder | Fast-track progression | £250 Referral Bonus A long-standing, family-owned house-builder with sites all within an hour of the head office in Lancashire has asked us to find its next Assistant Site Manager. Whether you’ve 6-12 months in Management or a few solid years under your belt, read on. You’ll shadow a Contracts Manager who’s delivered 1 k homes and get clear, hands-on coaching every step of the way. Expect high standards — but plenty of guidance to hit them.
