Client-side Capital Projects Manager

Package : £60,000 - £70,000 Base Salary Car or Car Allowance & Benefits Working Patern: Flexible hybrid/home working with travel to project sites as required. I'm recruiting for an exciting Client-Side Capital Projects Manager role with a well-established healthcare organisation delivering major refurbishments and new-build projects across the UK. This is a hybrid/home-based position with travel to project sites as required. You'll be managing multiple construction and fit-out schemes typically ranging from £1m to £5m in value. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end management of capital projects from design through to completion Overseeing contractors, consultants, budgets, timelines, and quality Leading stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external partners Ensuring regulatory and H&S compliance across all stages of delivery What You'll Bring: Proven experience managing construction or fit-out projects, ideally in a healthcare or regulated environment Strong stakeholder management and contractor oversight Ability to work autonomously in a remote/hybrid role Excellent project management and communication skills Interested?
