Street cleansng supervisor

We are recruiting on behalf of a client based in West London. They are responsible for Highways and street cleansing within one of the Boroughs. The roll will involve deployment and supervision of the Street Cleansing staff throughout the day. Previous experience at a supervisory level is essential, the ideal candidate will have a confident personality and able to communicate instructions to others. IT skills are also essential, as is the ability to performance manage people. Basic salary of 40K plus overtime (weekends) This role will require weekend working although this is shared with three other supervisors.
