Engineering Manager Food Manufacturing Lincolnshire £80k - £90K Bonus Benefits Are you an experienced Engineering Leader looking for your next challenge in fast-paced food manufacturing? We're working with a well-established and highly reputable FMCG business in the Lincolnshire area, who are looking to appoint a site-based Engineering Manager to lead their engineering function and drive improvements across a modern, high-volume operation. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for developing the engineering strategy, embedding best-in-class maintenance practices (PPM, TPM), managing budgets, and inspiring a skilled team of engineers to deliver results. The Role: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team Oversee proactive and reactive maintenance to ensure minimal downtime Deliver continuous improvement through lean/TPM methodologies Work cross-functionally with production to align on operational priorities Manage departmental budgets, contractors, and KPI reporting Influence and engage at senior stakeholder level What You'll Need: Proven experience as an Engineering Manager in a food/FMCG or similar manufacturing environment Strong understanding of maintenance systems and improvement tools Solid leadership and people development skills - you get the best out of your team Comfortable managing budgets, reporting metrics, and presenting to senior leadership Confident, pragmatic, and solutions-focused with a passion for performance If you're ready to make a real impact in a forward-thinking food manufacturer, we want to hear from you.
