Strategic Program Manager - B2B Hardware/Devices Duration: 12 months PAYE contract Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite at Kings Cross, London Pay rate: From £44 per hour Bonus: 15% yearly We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Program Manager with 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales or partner operations. In this role, you'll design and manage partner programs, analyze performance data, and collaborate across teams to drive business growth. What You'll Do: Build and optimize partner programs (tiering, incentives, ROI) Work cross-functionally with data, finance, and deal desk teams Analyze trends and deliver actionable insights Improve processes and manage multiple projects simultaneously What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years in sales or partner ops Strong project management and data analysis skills Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Salesforce Comfortable with fast-paced, evolving environments Bonus points for CRM knowledge or PM/data certifications.
