Senior Compliance Analyst Lloyd’s Syndicate - London £60,000–£75,000 Hybrid (2–3 days in office) I'm working with a dynamic and expanding Lloyd’s Syndicate that’s looking to hire a Senior Compliance Analyst . This is a key role offering real exposure — including the opportunity to deputise for the Compliance Manager and attend Board and Committee meetings . This is ideal for someone looking to take a step up, gain strategic exposure, and work in a high-performing, forward-thinking environment. ️ Key Responsibilities: Deputise for the Compliance Manager, including attendance at Board and Risk & Compliance Committee meetings Support the delivery of regulatory returns and Lloyd’s reporting Lead elements of the compliance monitoring programme Draft, review and update compliance policies and frameworks Provide advisory support to the wider business Contribute to regulatory change tracking and horizon scanning ✅ What They’re Looking For: 3–5 years in an insurance compliance role (Lloyd’s market experience ideal) Strong knowledge of FCA, PRA and Lloyd’s regulatory requirements Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team What’s On Offer: Direct exposure to senior leadership and Board-level discussions Genuine progression potential toward Compliance Manager Inclusive, collaborative culture Flexible hybrid working (3 days in the office) If you’d like to know more, feel free to drop me a message or send your CV to tom.shorto@bruinfinancial.com for a confidential chat.
