Senior Solicitor - Employment

We are working with a top tier national law firm based in Birmingham for a Senior Associate to join their Employment team. The Role: The successful candidate will join a growing Employment team, advising employers on a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including complex litigation and corporate support. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, mentoring junior members of the team, while contributing to business development. Essential Criteria: 6 years’ PQE; Strong employment law experience; Willingness to mentor junior members of the team; Technically excellent; Client-focused; Commercial awareness; Analytical; Strong communication skills.
