Central Belt FTC until Nov 2026 Hybrid (2 days office / 3 days home) Iconic Resourcing is delighted to be supporting a well-established organisation in their search for an L&D Advisor to join their team on a fixed-term basis. This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of key people development initiatives and help shape the employee experience across the business. What you’ll be doing: Oversee the coordination and improvement of employee development processes. Support the roll-out and management of structured learning journeys and engagement initiatives. Use data and insights to evaluate impact and inform future improvements. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in L&D. What we’re looking for: Experience in a similar role Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Confident working with data and digital tools to support decision-making. A proactive mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
