Our client offers exceptional 24/7 support on a wide range of their solutions, and is a trusted supplier. The role of a HR People Partner is key to the success of their growth plans as this will be supporting and implementing the people strategy. The salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum and is based in Birstall. Benefits and Package for a HR Business Partner: Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm Contract Type: Permanent Location: Birstall Company pension Cycle to work scheme Employee discount Free parking On-site parking Private medical insuranceKey Responsibilities of a HR Business Partner: Leading people projects, initiatives and activity that contributes to the overall company performance Driving colleague development and ensuring the business is continuously improving people through effective people management and ensure that legislation is adhered to Monitoring and influencing fairness and consistency in all activities connected with the management of all the colleagues Supporting managers on all aspects of the employment life cycle including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, TUPE and employment tribunals to minimise business risk and be able to manage ER caseload Providing guidance to resolve employee issues by evaluating and offering possible courses of action and direction for resolutionKey Skills and Experience of a HR Business Partner: Being CIPD qualified to level 5 or 7 is desirable Ideally, you will have significant experience as a HR Business Partner You should be able to take a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the organisation which may require working at one of the company's other locations High levels of integrity and discretion as the role will see lots of confidential information You should be able to prioritise and handle multiple assignments at any given time including complex tasks and projects You will be expected to have excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels If you are interested in this position and have the relevant skills and experience required, please apply now!
