Business Administrator

Job Title: Business Administrator Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 Contract: Permanent, Full Time Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm Location: Milton Keynes We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven individual to join a dynamic and fast-paced team in the health and safety sector. Key Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day administrative operations * Support basic financial processes * Assist with project and process coordination * Maintain and organise internal files and databases * Handle quotations, purchase orders, and invoicing * Manage diaries, book appointments, travel, and handle expenses * Answer calls and emails professionally and promptly * Prepare documents, reports, and company policies * Take accurate meeting minutes and prepare follow-up documentation for Associates and Consultants * Support accident management procedures, ensuring correct documentation and compliance About You: * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English * Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) * Highly organised with excellent attention to detail * Calm under pressure and able to prioritise effectively * Reliable, professional, and capable of working independently * Experience liaising with clients and managing third-party contractors * Genuinely enjoys working autonomously and contributing to a close-knit team If this sounds like your kind of role, we’d love to hear from you.
