Set up and maintain hardware, software, and user access. Monitor systems, resolve faults, and uphold security standards. Assist with server, cloud, and infrastructure upgrades. Maintain documentation, coordinate with vendors, and support team goals. Skills & Experience Required Technical support experience across desktop, network, and infrastructure. Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft systems, including cloud and virtual. Ability to manage service requests, maintaining secure, stable systems.
