This role is perfect for a data pro who thrives on executing seamless migrations, providing stellar post-live support, and building innovative tools to supercharge our processes. Your Role Lead Data Migrations: Own end-to-end migration projects, from strategy and mapping to validation and execution. Post-Live Support: Ensure smooth transitions by monitoring systems, resolving issues, and conducting health checks. Day-to-Day Support: Tackle data queries, troubleshoot issues, and support reporting and validation tasks. Innovate & Automate: Build and enhance tools using Python and C# to streamline migrations and boost efficiency.What You Bring Experience in data migration or database management. Strong SQL skills and experience with SSMS, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Proven success in end-to-end data migration projects. Proficiency in Python (automation/scripting) and C# (app development). Expertise in ETL processes, data mapping, and validation. Sharp problem-solving skills and excellent communication. Knowledge of database design, APIs, and backup/recovery processes
