Quantity Surveyor – RC Frame and Groundworks London £60,000 - £80,000 Package / Benefits (LTD or PAYE) About the company Our client is a leading name within the RC Frame and Groundwork industry operating for over 50 years, with a turnover of over £70m. They cover projects from Central London, Greater London and the Midlands. Project vary, our client offers services to Residential, Commercial and Civil projects. About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work with a top 5 industry leader within RC Frame and Groundworks on major projects within reinforced concrete structures, and refurbishment sectors, supporting the successful delivery of high-profile schemes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost control, contract administration, and commercial reporting throughout the lifecycle of the project. You’ll play a key part in ensuring value for money, maintaining budgetary control, and driving profitability—while working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients. About the requirements * Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar * Previous experience in working with a Civil Engineerinng, Groundwork or RC Frame subcontractor. * Proven experience managing project values from £5m - £20m About the Benefits and Rewards Salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
