Junior Project Manager

CJS Recruitment are seeking a reliable, organised individual to support the daily operations of flooring installation projects. This is a varied, hands-on role that involves site work, planning, materials coordination, and fitter management. We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn and grow. For the right person, this role offers clear progression and the opportunity to develop into a more senior, management-focused position over time. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out pre-installation site checks (e.g. measuring units, assessing readiness) * Assist with the day-to-day running of both small and large developments * Coordinate with fitters and manage on-site expectations * Plan and organise installation schedules, including ordering materials * Support general warehouse duties and help with site deliveries when needed * Hours: 6am - 3pm (depending on site location) Requirements: * Full UK driving licence * Local to Paddock Wood * Some site experience preferred but not essential * Basic computer literacy (emails, spreadsheets, scheduling tools) * Strong organisation and communication skills * Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative What We Offer: * £30,000 – £34,000 annual salary (depending on experience) * 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays) * Access to a company vehicle (with the potential for a dedicated vehicle in time) * Fast-paced, supportive work environment with quick progression opportunities * On-the-job training and long-term development for the right candidate This company is looking to invest in someone who can grow with the company.
