The Role The successful candidate will take a leading role in identifying and managing development and investment opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and delivering tailored advice to investors and developers. This is a client-facing, deal-driven role with significant potential for personal and professional growth. Key Responsibilities * Identify, source, and negotiate development and investment opportunities across residential and commercial property sectors * Manage transactions from initial instruction through to completion * Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and other stakeholders * Advise clients on strategy, acquisition, disposal, and development potential * Conduct detailed financial appraisals and valuations of prospective sites * Provide consultancy services throughout the client sales and investment cycle * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, legislation, and commercial drivers Candidate Requirements * Minimum 3 years’ experience in UK property development and investment sales * Strong track record in acquiring and disposing of development and investment assets * Broad understanding of residential and commercial sectors * Experience handling both on and off-market opportunities * Confident in undertaking appraisals and valuations * Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills * Familiarity with relevant property legislation and due diligence processes * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly * Demonstrated ability to generate fees and manage deals independently * Established network of industry contacts is highly desirable
