With a strong reputation for reliability and excellence, they continue to grow and are now seeking an experienced Estimator to join the dynamic team. The Role: As an Estimator, you will play a key role in supporting projects from initial enquiry through to tender submission. Working closely with the operations and commercial teams, you will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive estimates for building maintenance contracts. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare detailed cost estimates for building maintenance projects * Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation * Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain quotes and clarify requirements * Conduct site visits when necessary to assess the scope of works * Prepare and submit professional tender documents * Work collaboratively with project and commercial teams to support successful bid outcomes * Track and manage changes in scope and pricing throughout the tender process Requirements: * Proven experience as an Estimator, ideally within the building maintenance or construction sector * Strong knowledge of building maintenance techniques, materials, and pricing * Excellent analytical and numeracy skills * Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Self-motivated with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail What We Offer: * Competitive salary of £40,000 – £60,000 depending on experience * Attractive benefits package * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Supportive and collaborative working environment * Long-term job security with a reputable and growing company
