Quantity Surveyor – Permanent – Crawley * Position: Quantity Surveyor * Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 £7,000 Car Allowance * Location: Crawley * Job Type: Full time, Permanent * Benefits: Pension, Life Assurance, BUPA Healthcare, Employee Benefits Role Description: Kennet Solutions are partnering with a Civil Engineering Contractor based in Crawley that operates across the Highways, Utilities, Rail and Residential Sectors with a recent turnover of circa £60m. As their Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for: * Managing projects with an avg. value of £500K - £2M cradle-to-grave * Subcontract Management * Cost Reporting * Change Management * CVR Reporting Quantity Surveyor Requirements * Experience delivering one-off capital civil engineering projects * Ability to get to sites in West Sussex 2/3 days per week * Experience delivering projects using NEC, JCT or Bespoke Contracts PLEASE NOTE This role is a permanent role with no freelance options available. You must have full right to work in the UK to be eligible for this position as there is no sponsorship available
