Job Opportunity: Freelance Construction Site Manager – School Refurbishment (Lincolnshire) Location: Lincolnshire Start Date: ASAP We are seeking an experienced Freelance Construction Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a live school site in Lincolnshire. This is a hands-on management role, ideal for a highly organised and proactive professional who can ensure safety, quality, and project timelines are met. Key Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day site activities on a live school refurbishment project * Coordinate subcontractors and ensure compliance with project plans and safety standards * Maintain site documentation and reporting * Liaise with clients, school staff, and the wider project team * Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards Essential Requirements: * SMSTS * CSCS card * First Aid at Work * Enhanced DBS check * Proven experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally in educational settings * Excellent communication and organisational skills This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
