You'll be joining a multi-award-winning, values-led organisation with a strong reputation This is a brand new role with scope to build recruitment processes from the ground up You'll have exposure to a diverse workforce across multiple disciplines You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on CFM’s growth and success In this role, you’ll: Source and attract candidates across a range of white-collar and blue-collar positions Screen and shortlist candidates to match CFM’s requirements Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and plan recruitment activity Support employer branding initiatives to promote CFM as an employer of choice What you’ll need: 3–5 years’ experience in a recruitment-focused role Background in construction or a related industry Experience recruiting for both white-collar and blue-collar positions Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills Ready to make your next move?
