In the role of Commercial Insurance Broker, you will work closely with senior team members to manage mid-term and policy adjustments, handle invoicing and account queries, prepare administrative documents, and assist with various tasks. Your responsibilities will also include communication with policyholders and insurers via phone to address coverage details and respond to any policy-related inquiries. The client base is diverse, encompassing charities, motor trades, property owners, retailers, and more. You will gain exposure to a wide range of sectors with premiums typically ranging from £20,000 to £100,000, depending on the business class. To qualify for the Commercial Insurance Broker position, candidates should demonstrate strong administrative capabilities, excellent customer service skills, and experience working in insurance broking environment. Knowledge of commercial lines is essential, and experience must have been gained within a UK commercial broker.
