Head of Business Transformation

Head of Business Transformation We are currently working with a leading organisation in their search for a Head of Business Transformation. This is a hybrid role where travel to their offices will be needed two days a week. What you will be doing: You will be responsible for leading a complex transformation programme where you will need to operate & influence up to an exec level. Covering multiple workstreams, you will need to ensure each project lead delivers on time and against budget and as part of the wider plan. There will also be a focus on PMO related activities where you will need to introduce standards & portfolio level governance, as well as supporting with group wide reporting. What they are looking for: Proven business transformation experience, delivering programmes across a multi-site environment Experience supporting business change projects Excellent stakeholder management skills along with the ability to build meaningful relationships with exec level stakeholders
