Clinical Advisor (Medical Inbox & Liaison) - 6 Month Temp Role Location: Gatwick (office-based) Hours: Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00 Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 Reporting to: Clinical Service Delivery Manager A healthcare services provider is seeking a Clinical Advisor to manage its medical inbox and coordinate clinical communications. This role involves triaging incoming queries, reviewing medical documentation, and liaising with healthcare providers and clients to ensure timely, accurate case progression within service level agreements (SLAs). The Advisor will play a key role in clinical information management and escalation of complex cases to senior clinicians. Key Responsibilities: Triage and prioritise clinical emails and incoming case information. Review and interpret medical reports; request clarifications when needed. Liaise with external healthcare professionals and internal teams to gather and update case data. Communicate with clients to resolve queries and ensure understanding. Escalate high-risk or complex cases to senior clinical staff. Monitor case timelines to ensure SLA compliance. Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements. Requirements: Ideally a registered healthcare professional (NMC/HCPC) with 2 years post-registration experience. Skilled in reviewing medical documents and interpreting clinical terminology. Experience in triage, case management, or advisory roles desirable. Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and clinical judgment. Confident working with IT systems and within governance frameworks. Additional Info: DBS check and CTC/SC-level Home Office Security Clearance required.
