What You’ll Be Doing: Managing the day-to-day operations of the scheme as a sole on-site representative Overseeing contractors, health and safety compliance, and facilities Supporting leasing activity by carrying out viewings and engaging new occupiers Working closely with local stakeholders, including the Town Council and BID Organising local events in the square, from community markets to the Christmas light switch-on Coordinating with third-party partners for cleaning, security, and commercialisation Maintaining strong tenant relationships and acting as the go-to person on site Why This Role?
