They have built a strong reputation for handling large-scale, complex litigation and have acted on some of the most high-profile cases to come before the UK courts. Their team is known for its depth of expertise, strategic approach, and commitment to achieving exceptional results for clients. Role Overview: They are looking for a Newly Qualified to 2 years’ PQE Solicitor with a background in commercial litigation. The successful candidate will assist with a wide range of contentious matters and will have the opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers on complex, high-value cases. Key Responsibilities: Assisting in the management and resolution of a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes and arbitration Requirements: Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (NQ – 2 years PQE). Completed a seat or have experience in commercial litigation during training contract or post-qualification. Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Commercial awareness and ability to apply legal knowledge pragmatically. A team player with a proactive, client-focused attitude. Desirable: Experience in High Court litigation. Familiarity with arbitration or alternative dispute resolution. Exposure to cross-border disputes or international clients.
