Your Role Will Involve: Supporting residents with daily routines, mental well-being, and confidence building. Providing practical and emotional support — from attending appointments to sharing meals or enjoying walks in the fresh air. Ensuring a safe, respectful, and person-centred environment. Ideal Candidate: Female applicant required (Genuine Occupational Requirement – Equality Act 2010) Warm, reliable, and passionate about mental health. Previous care or supported living experience is a bonus. Able to work in the UK and complete a DBS check.
