The Role: As part of the Public Law team, you will manage a diverse and rewarding caseload, which includes: Judicial Review challenges against unlawful decisions Applications for social services support Court of Protection proceedings Complaints against local authorities and NHS bodies This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a collaborative, experienced team that encourages development and internal progression. About You: We're looking for someone who brings not only legal expertise, but also a commitment to social justice. The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 3 years’ PQE Solid experience in social welfare and Court of Protection matters Exceptional client care and communication skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively A calm, organised approach under pressure Confidence in using legal IT systems Why apply?
