HR Associate Location: London Sector: Financial Services – Front Office Investment Salary: £50,000 – 55,000 Bonus Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading global investment firm to appoint an HR Associate in their London office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, data-driven environment where HR plays a strategic role in supporting business growth across multiple regions. About the Role This position will support employees across the UK and EMEA regions, reporting into an impressive HR Manager in London and collaborating with a global HR team. The role offers broad exposure across the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on onboarding, immigration, and operational HR support. Key Responsibilities Deliver day-to-day HR support across the UK and EMEA regions Manage onboarding and induction processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience Coordinate immigration processes with external legal partners, including visa applications and right-to-work checks Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and manage the HR inbox Support intern programmes and reporting for sponsored interns Prepare HR documentation including references and contractual amendments Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS (Workday experience is advantageous) Collaborate with global HR colleagues and contribute to cross-regional projects Candidate Profile Minimum of 3 years’ HR experience, ideally within financial or professional services Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday is a plus Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment This is a unique opportunity to join a globally respected firm where HR is integral to the business.
