Platform Manager - Integration:

Platform Engineer – Integration Leeds (Hybrid) £70,000 per annum 10% bonus Overview: We’re looking for a Platform Engineer – Integration to lead and grow our integration capability. You’ll work in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment supporting an evolving industry platform. This role offers hands-on leadership responsibility with the flexibility to shape integration strategy, tooling, and architecture. We're not wedded to one solution — you'll have the freedom to explore and implement the best-fit technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of integration engineers and specialists - Design, build, and maintain integration solutions using Boomi and other iPaaS platforms (e.g. MuleSoft, Workato) - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate integration needs into technical specifications - Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of integration workflows - Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, delivering timely solutions - Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in the integration space - Document integration architecture, processes, and data flows Required Experience: - 5 years of experience in integration engineering - 2 years of experience in a leadership or team lead capacity - Strong hands-on experience with Boomi and/or other iPaaS platforms - Solid understanding of REST and SOAP web services - Proficiency in XML, JSON, and SQL - Experience with both cloud-based and on-premise integrations - Boomi certification (preferred but not essential) Key Skills: - Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato - iPaaS integration - SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, SQL - Team leadership and technical mentoring - Strong problem-solving and communication skills Why Join Us: - £70,000 salary 10% annual bonus - Hybrid working from Leeds - Join a highly collaborative, innovative team - Autonomy to shape integration direction and tooling Apply now to help build a scalable integration platform for the future.
