Senior Pricing Analyst (insurance) A leading travel services company is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to support the growth and profitability of its insurance business. This role involves developing and managing data-driven pricing strategies, analysing performance across products and distribution channels, and contributing to innovation in pricing through technologies like AI and machine learning. Key Responsibilities: Identify pricing opportunities to optimise revenue and conversion. Develop, test and implement pricing models and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with underwriters and cross-functional teams to launch and refine insurance products. Drive improvements in customer acquisition, renewals, and policy retention. Translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders. What You’ll Bring: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualisation platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of insurance pricing, regulatory frameworks, and risk rating factors. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
