Job Title: Employment Solicitor (4 PQE) Location: Manchester (Hybrid working available) Experience: 4 years PQE Type: Full-time, Permanent My client My client is a dynamic leading Legal 500 commercial law firm offering comprehensive legal services, recognized for its quality, pragmatic client care, and supported by recent strategic growth and investment. The Role This is an exciting opportunity to handle a broad range of employment law matters , advising both employers and employees. You’ll take ownership of your caseload while working closely with colleagues across the firm on complex, high-value issues. Key Responsibilities Advising on disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, TUPE, and day-to-day HR matters Managing Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish Drafting employment contracts, service agreements, and internal policies Preparing and negotiating settlement agreements Supporting corporate transactions on employment-related matters Playing a role in client development and firm growth What We’re Looking For Qualified solicitor with 4 years PQE in Employment Law Strong technical expertise and the confidence to work independently Commercially aware with a practical, client-focused approach Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ambitious and team-oriented, with an interest in contributing to business development Why join?
