Senior Business Analyst Hybrid (2 days a month in North-west England office) 18 Months FTC Up to £70k This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Business Analyst with deep experience in mortgages and credit risk to join a high-profile transformation programme in a newly created role that offers you the chance to shape your own impact from day one. Day-to-day responsibilities: Lead requirements gathering for complex mortgage servicing and origination initiatives (both residential and commercial) Own analysis across a range of projects, with an immediate focus on credit risk profiling, risk/rating systems and journey design Champion the Change Management Framework, ensuring rigour and best practice across the lifecycle For this role you should have: Strong experience as a BA within financial services, ideally across multiple mortgage projects Deep understanding of mortgage lifecycle is essential – origination, servicing, account opening Proven work on credit risk or risk-related initiatives (e.g. ratings, profiling, decision systems) Skilled in working alongside Product Owners, PMs, and cross-functional tech teams Comfortable with tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and even MS Whiteboard for mapping journeys A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities and working effectively within cross-functional teams.
