Recruitment Manager Location: Homebased with regular travel across East, North & West London, Essex, and Hertfordshire Package : £44,756 £750 Homeworking Allowance £4,184 London Weighting if applicable. A dedicated fostering charity is looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead on local foster carer recruitment and assessment strategy. Key Responsibilities : Lead the local recruitment strategy in your region and align with national initiatives Manage, supervise and support a team of recruitment officers, assessing social workers and independent social workers Oversee enquiry response, home visits, assessments, Make critical decisions on applicant suitability and ensure assessments meet timelines and standards Maintain rigorous safeguarding and compliance standards Use performance data and feedback to continuously improve recruitment practice You’ll have the following : Successful track record in carer recruitment campaigns. Minimum 2 years post-qualifying experience in family placement or statutory childcare settings. Proficient in assessing foster carers and quality assuring assessments. Experienced in staff leadership and management. Strong administrative skills, including system setup and maintenance. In-depth understanding of carer preparation, assessment processes, and recruitment campaigns.
