Assistant Product Manager – Fertiliser – Astley (Shrewsbury, SY4 4RT) Wynnstay Group Plc is a leading UK agricultural supplies business, helping livestock and arable farmers to produce food in a more sustainable way. Driven by our commitment to supporting farmers with reliable products and expert advice, we are seeking an enthusiastic and commercially minded Assistant Product Manager to support our Fertiliser division's continued growth and success. As the Assistant Product Manager you will support the Fertiliser Manager in delivering strategic growth, driving sales performance, and ensuring seamless sales orders coordination across internal teams and supplier networks. This role is both operational and customer-facing, offering a fantastic opportunity to develop product management skills in a key input area of our business. The Opportunity: Working as part of the Fertiliser team, your main responsibilities will include: Supporting the expansion of fertiliser volumes by working closely with the fertiliser sales team and engaging with customers at the farm level. Identifying and developing new regional sales opportunities Monitoring and reporting on fertiliser sales performance, contributing to planning and forecasting activities. Liaising with suppliers where appropriate and operating within the company’s fertiliser pricing strategy. Assisting in the integration and communication of the fertiliser business with other departments to ensure smooth running of Group activities. Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure the smooth integration of fertiliser products into wider business operations.
