International Arbitration Associate 3-5 PQE We are working with a highly regarded boutique law firm on a confidential search for a mid-level a ssociate to join its prestigious International Arbitration team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented lawyer with 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience to join a team known for handling complex, high-value cross-border disputes for a broad client base, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, sovereign entities, and high-net-worth individuals. The role offers exceptional exposure to international commercial arbitration matters, often under ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, and ICSID rules. The team is involved in a diverse range of disputes, including multibillion-dollar infrastructure and energy cases, shareholder and joint venture disagreements, and investor-state claims. Associates are given significant responsibility from the outset, with the opportunity to work closely with market-leading partners and contribute to case strategy, advocacy, and client management. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and demonstrable experience in international arbitration from a well-regarded UK or international firm. A solid understanding of procedural rules, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to handle complex legal and factual issues are essential. Experience in investment treaty arbitration or enforcement proceedings is advantageous but not required.
