This is a site-based leadership role, ideal for a forward-thinking SHE professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited by the challenge of shaping a proactive, compliant, and improvement-focused safety culture. In this role, you will take full ownership of Health, Safety & Environmental compliance and strategy across the site, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term business goals. Your Key Responsibilities Include : Lead and develop the site SHE agenda, ensuring legal compliance and continuous improvement. Drive a proactive safety culture through training, engagement, and visibility on the shop floor. Monitor and report on SHE KPIs, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions. Support and lead internal and external audits (e.g. HSE, Environmental, BRC). Promote and embed CI initiatives focused on risk reduction, sustainability, and safety performance. Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and technical teams. What You'll Need: Previous experience in a SHE Manager or similar HSE leadership role within FMCG or Food Manufacturing. NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) – essential. Strong understanding of current H&S and environmental legislation. Experience leading CI and behavioural safety initiatives. Confident communicator, influencer, and change driver. A hands-on approach with a passion for safety and continuous improvement.
