Project Manager – £120M Industrial Shed | Tier 1 Contractor Location: Avonmouth Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Project Duration: 3 Years The Opportunity An industry-leading Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a flagship £120 million industrial shed development in Avonmouth. This is a high-profile, complex project expected to run over 3 years, offering a rare opportunity to oversee a major scheme from start to finish with the full backing of one of the UK’s top construction firms. The Role As Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of site operations, delivery, programme, health & safety, stakeholder liaison, and commercial coordination. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team and interface directly with client-side representatives, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of this fast-paced, large-scale industrial scheme.
