Fabric Engineer

Job: Fabric Engineer (static) Location: Gatwick Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time Are you a skilled Fabric Engineer looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience working within a commercial environment? Do you want to join an industry leading Facilities & Maintenance provider? Duties will include: Day-to-day delivery of maintenance works Fabric maintenance including carpentry, joinery, basic plumbing, basic electrical, painting, decorating and other tasks Reactive and fabric PPM maintenance Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations What are they looking for? Proven experience in building services maintenance Experience working within a commercial environment Previous experience working as the Fabric Engineer within the FM sector Full UK Driving Licence Strong problem-solving skills Are you interested in the opportunity above?
