Job Title: Site Supervisor Location: TS22 5TH Stockton, UK Start Date: 14th July 2025 Project Overview: We’re hiring a Site Supervisor for a full refurbishment of a Amazon Distribution Centre in Stockton. Key Requirement – MANAGERS CSCS Card: Only candidates with proven experience working on Amazon projects or similar retail stores will be considered. You will need to undergo a security check via Amazon's guidelines. Certifications Required: * SMSTS * CSCS Managers Card (Black or White) * Asbestos Awareness * Fire Marshall * 3 Day First Aid About You: * You’ve successfully delivered refurb projects in a live Amazon or retail store environment. * You’re used to tight deadlines and quick turnarounds. * You’re reliable, assertive, and confident managing subcontractors. Responsibilities * Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards, including Asbestos Awareness and CSCS requirements. * Manage and supervise site staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance. * Utilize Primavera P6 for project scheduling and resource allocation. * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
