The Role As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial team with: Preparing and reviewing subcontractor packages and contracts Measuring and valuing works on-site Assisting with cost reporting and budget control Supporting procurement and supply chain management Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Contributing to project financial performance and risk management About You A degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying or similar (or working towards) Previous experience in residential construction or housebuilding (placement or post-grad) Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills Eager to learn and progress within a commercial role Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Salary & Package Up to £40,000 depending on experience Car allowance or company car Pension, holiday, and bonus scheme Clear pathway for career progression How to apply: Submit your CV Call / Text / Whatsapp Robbie on (phone number removed) for a confidential conversation.
