Plant Manager

Plant Manager – Milton Keynes - Permanent Commercially aware Plant Manager, responsible for the delivery of concrete via volumetric mixers, ready mix drum mixers and concrete pumps to our valued customers together with the safe, efficient and cost effective running of the depot. Will require good customer service skills in terms of understanding the customer’s needs and dispatching the right product at the right time. Candidate will need to provide solutions to our customer problems when they occur. This role is hands on with concrete batching and loading shovel operation. Candidate will need exceptional leadership skills, in particular have the ability to motivate drivers and staff in a fast moving and changing environment in order to get the job done. Full training will be given for the concrete batch plant. Full clean driving licence (Class 2 licence would be a bonus) Hours of work: Monday to Friday 6.30am to 5pm. Occasional Saturdays 6.30am to 1pm (These times may alter slightly for the needs of the business)
