Static Maintenance Electrician Location: Bridgwater Package: £40,000 25 Days Holiday Bank Hols Benefits We’re working with a leading facilities management provider who are looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Electrician for a static commercial site based in Bridgwater. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and the chance to be part of a stable and well-supported engineering team on a key client site. What you’ll be doing: Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance across the site Fault finding, testing, and inspection Minor installations and remedial works Supporting with general maintenance tasks, including basic fabric and other trade-related duties Working in line with compliance, health & safety, and site-specific procedures Liaising with on-site contacts and reporting into the FM Supervisor or ManagerWhat you’ll need: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent 18th Edition (essential) Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent) desirable Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience in a commercial setting A flexible approach and willingness to assist across trades when needed Previous experience in a static or facilities role preferredWhat you’ll get: £40,000 basic salary 25 days annual leave bank holidays Tools, uniform, and PPE provided Training and development opportunities Company pension and additional benefits Stable, long-term position with a respected FM providerThis is a fantastic opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer looking for a static role with variety, stability, and strong support on a well-maintained site.
