Job Title: Project Manager – Construction Consultancy Location: Birmingham Flexible Working Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (including car allowance) Sector: Residential, Education, Public Sector, Regeneration Are you a Project Manager with solid consultancy experience looking for your next career move? The Role: As a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering a range of projects across the residential, education, housing association, and public sector markets. You’ll be involved in both pre and post-contract stages, taking the lead on Contract Administration duties under JCT and NEC contracts. Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a consultancy environment Strong Contract Administration skills Proficient with JCT and NEC forms of contract Experience across residential, education, regeneration, or public sector projects Pre and post-contract experience is essential Exposure to mixed-use projects is a bonus Full UK driving licence and access to a car Willing to travel up to 1hr 30 mins from Birmingham Why Apply?
