Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Salary: Up to £29,500 per annum Location: Canary Wharf - Hybrid Working Hours: 40 hours per week - 08:30 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday) / 09:00 - 14:00 (Saturday) Are you fluent in French and Dutch? Do you have experience of operating within a customer service office environment? JDR are supporting one of our key clients within London and this could be the perfect role for you. Job Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer care and support to our clients consumers across all contact channels. Serve as the first point of contact for consumers regarding the full range of our clients products. Handle consumer queries and complaints related to the clients products and their consumption. Collaborate with the multi-skilled team, including subject matter experts, quality specialists, and knowledge experts. Ensure high-quality customer service while adhering to the clients procedures and quality processes. Manage customer interactions through social media channels, such as Facebook and Instagram, providing timely and effective issue resolution. Support daily social media operations, including proactive and reactive engagement for specific brands. Provide best-in-class service by maintaining an active presence on social media platforms and engaging with consumers. Publish, monitor, and moderate social media engagement, ensuring that all responses and complaint handling align with the brand's tone of voice. Key Skills / Requirements: Fluent French and Dutch speaker Ability to communicate effectively and empathically with a wide range of consumers and members of the public Excellent written and verbal skills in both Finnish and English Ability to take ownership of each customer journey, anticipating needs and persevering to resolve cases through personalised solutions. Customer care experience strong interest in food and foods for special medical purposes IT skills: ability to use Google Suite and Microsoft Office, strong typing skills.
